Our annual symposium is dedicated to bringing a new food culture to life. Its purpose goes beyond a mere exchange of knowledge between producers, restaurateurs, food artisans and chefs; it also seeks to draw students, trainees and stakeholders from politics and industry into the conversation. Our stated goal is establishing new concepts, inspirations and impulses, from both local and global perspectives, and to create a space to explore these in full. The progress we make together will be used to forge the diverse groups into not just a network, but a movement. It will serve as the basis for a new collaboration, better communication, improved products, new and more effective distribution paths and a new and distinct identity.
