The Story of Black Book, with Anna Sulan Masing und Zoe Adjonyoh [EN]

26 October 2020 @ 18:00 - 19:00

Black Book is a global representation platform for Black & non-white people working within hospitality and food media. Founded by Anna Sulan Masing, Zoe Adjonyoh and Frankie Reddin, Black Book has been providing visibility and recognition to under-represented chefs, writers and food producers, as well as examining key issues that need to be addressed to de-colonise the food system: from the ethnic pay gap to biased award systems which will only celebrate a certain type of food culture.
On October 26 6pm (CET) we will be speaking with Zoe Adjonyoh and Anna Sulan Masing about what lead them to this point and the framework they have built to engage systemic change in the industry.
